In our Introductory Workshops, participants will learn to:
-Identify skills they already have to navigate conflict
-Identify their boundaries
-Set boundaries for everyday situations at home and at work
-De-escalate elevated situations
-Defend themselves against violence with simple and effective physical skills
-Ground themselves and self-regulate in stressful situations
Introductory Workshop

Location: Santa Fe Girls’ School – 310 West Zia Rd
Open to all genders, ages 13 & up
\We are able to provide self-defense classes to survivors of violence or crime at no cost, thanks to funding from the Victims of Crime Act.
Programs are open to the public unless otherwise noted. Pre-registration required.

Resolve’s public classes are now mask-optional; however, if you or your family needs everyone to wear a mask in order to attend, please let us know.
